    Why would you even want to? A game with this much detail surely wouldn't work on such a small screen.

    You can't. You still would need your PC to be online, set up VPN, connect to your PC via phone and play like that.

    Bit tedious.

    If a phone or tablet ran on Linux, conceivably you'd be able to run any CM3 series game under emulation on it using Wine. The only tablet talking about using Linux was the Vivaldi tablet, which has hit a number of hardware snags.

    Impossible to do it native on phone. The API is completely different.

    The only way to do it is via remote connection to PC (so you need some sort of RC on phone too).

    You know you can get FM Handheld for Android (and iOS)? Search for it in Google Play.

    Forget about this.

    There "could" be an easier way to do it using Remote Desktop Connection, but you will still need to have PC running at home as server... Or something (haven't done it in a while).

    Setting up Remote Desktop Connection in Vista/7

    Here is how to set up Remote Desktop Connection on Vista/7.

    The tricky part is how to connect to it with Phone on Android/iOS as I believe it's a bit easier to do on Windows Phone 7.5/8.

    Remote Desktop to Your Windows Computer from iPhone/iPod

    Here is how to do it from iPhone 4. Should be doable on any iPhone/iPod.

    Enjoy!

    Hope it's helpful to some... Dunno if I would want to play CM on such small screen without mouse support though...

    There is a thread on this forum where someone managed to get the game running on a Windows 8 phone.

    Apparently the game worked great, except for the fact that it was impossible to change the value of contract offers.

    Edit: It was actually a Windows 8 tablet: http://www.champman0102.co.uk/showth...ndows-8-Tablet

    C 01/02 on android

    How popular do you think this game would be if it could reworked for the android/apple tablet market? Same game but updated with modern rules and some other updates?

    Have you tried FM Handheld? It's really not that different from CM01/02.

    you could use a remote streamer such as Splashtop on your phone/tablet to play it, but you would have to leave your comp on plus subscribe for to crossover different wifi streams, mines is 14 for a year

    I bought FM13 for my iphone last week. Playing a 433 with same team instructions as 0102 my record win as Rangers is 16 nil & averaging 7-8 goals a league game & reached league cup final beating 3 SPL teams & await Celtic in the final!! it's as easy as 0102 for sure

    I struggle with the player role-thingy. DLM, BWM, BBM, CM ... how is your tactic set up?

    DLP = Deep Lying Playmaker.

    BWM = Ball Winning Midfielder

    BBM = Box to Box Midfielder

    CM = Central Midfielder

    I believe on FM12 they introduced the system to make it easier to find players for each position, highlighting the attributes one will need for it.

    standard 433 with attacking mentality, passing short or whatever sounds like that, tackling hard, pressing & offside trap. That said it is only Gers in a crap league with superior players
