Karanka to Valencia?
Decent goal from Konoplyanka: http://www.skysports.com/football/ne...er-for-sevilla
Karanka to Valencia?
I think you are obsessed with him
Shame. I really wanted him to do well.
Think he is a very good pundit - just don't think ti was the right move as a 1st club but can understand why you wouldnt wanna turn it down!
I don't think it's an obsession. It's the fact that he's a high profile Engishman trying his luck abroad which we don't see very often these days. As a result, there's a lot of interest in how he gets on.
I think if he took a better job and did ok then he'd be in good position to succeed Roy or Man U
Don't think he's done himself any favours in that regard by taking a foreign job where he can't speak the lingo
Ah well - end of convo now since they sacked him!
Yep - tough one though for example with Giggs where he knows everything about the club and from being under Fergie should know what works and what doesn't. And then from Moyes and LVG, maybe some of the things that hasn't worked
In theory, he should have the tools to do a decent job there (with fans not being on his back if he doesn't have a great start), but I guess until you are in the "hot seat" there is probably so much that you do not have the expereince of
There's just no time for anyone to make an impact any more. Did even get to sign a single player of his own in that time?
5 point from CL spot when he joined
Now 20 points away
Not sure him not buying any players should see such a fall in results/performances?
But yeah - would be nice to see people in a job for 12-18 months
Not interfering with play
You could say a sismilar thing about WBA goal yesterday v Pool
Just another "grey" area of the game
Seems they should be
you don't get my point, they shouldn't because offside rule states clear that you cannot have a player roaming in front of the goalkepper obstructing his sight as the other shoots. it's there, black on white
"preventing an opponent from playing or being able to play the ball by clearly obstructing the opponent’s line of vision or challenging an opponent for the ball"
Of course I get your point.
Yep, clearly offside and interfering with play. Linesman dropped a bollock on that one.
