    Yelawolf.

Probably most clever lyrics about Insta/Snap shit generation. Of course those words must come from best hip hop artist these days: HOPSIN.

    HOE SHUT THE FUCK UP!

    RTJ3 does not disappoint.
I realize taste in music is subjective but I can't help but think these two are on a different level than everyone else in hip hop.
Braggadocio has always been a part of the genre but rarely do rappers or producers ever back up the shit talk with their music.

1st video for new album....can't wait for more!

make sure to download the album!

I was under the impression he has strictly been a pop artist for quite some time

I guess I haven't heard all of his new stuff...but what I've heard doesn't seem much different than what I hear on the pop radio stations.

He definitely used to be Hip Hop...even then I didn't really even like his sound back then....I'll never question his skills as a rapper though

Hm, I didn't like that one. Not that it's bad, it has just got too much oldschool feel lol.

The new king is Hopsin for me, but there is also Yelawolf and someone not everyone likes Desiigner, Tech N9ne. However, when music turns mainstream and artists go mainstream, you start to dig underground labels a lot more lol. Eminem has good songs, but imo has lost his touch.

Can't believe people listen to crap like 50 Cent or Jay-Z/Snoop Dog. Ugh.

It's even more fun if you move away from English language. Then you can find Rohff (France), Maitre-Gims (France - and yes, it's rap mixed with r&b), Rim'K (France).

    Poland - O.S.T.R., Vixen, K2, Rahim.

too much of an oldschool feel? No such thing haha

I've been listening to hip hop since the 80's....
the 90's still stands as the Golden Era of Hip Hop

Snoop's 1st album was pretty awesome but there are a lot of other 90's albums I'd rather listen to.
50 cent has ALWAYS been WACK
Jay-Z was never really my cup of tea but his FLOW is TOP NOTCH

I was happy to find out that there are actually kids with talent that respect their roots
I'm very impressed with how natural and refined his old school East Coast flow is....
almost didn't give him a chance because I usually write off anyone with $ signs in their name haha

Hard to believe a teenage rapper had the mentality and confidence to create his own path and walk away from a big $ deal with Jay-Z's label

My mind melted in nuclear meltdown . This song is what I seek in modern HH scene. It's immense, it's beautiful.

Opera parts really fit in (reminds me of Hitman games ).

MC Silk. If he made songs only in English I guess he would be more popular .

I got to learn who he is because of this:

Rapping in 7 languages and it's actually brilliant .
