The name is fucking dreadful for the film. Man on the Edge would have been so much more appealing than Man on a Ledge. Sam Worthingtons mullet done fuck all for the promotion of it either

Great to hear Avengers is a long movie. Majority of sci-fi, fantasy, comic book etc. films are nearly dead on the 90 minutes (obv LOTR excluded) due to the costs of making the actually movie

I watched Avengers 3D and that's exactly the type of movie that should be made in 3D. You can't fully grasp the awesomeness of its special effects in 2D. Other than that, though, it's just a classic super hero film.

I avoided the 3D on purpose after seeing Thor in 3D. I think the emphasis on the 3D bits took from the film even though the scenes in Jotunheim were class.

A 2nd Avengers being made after success of 1st one (and Thor 2 and Capt America 2)

John Carter was originally called John Carter from Mars - not a great decision to chop the name. Film is not as bad as critics make out

Will check out Bond trailer now!

I thoroughly agree. Loved the original. Sometimes I think BBC and ITV news anchors are programmed to speak aloud whatever shit is on the autocue too. Some hysterical moments in that movie.

I know it's 8 years old now.... but all those "Hitler getting angry" videos made me curious so I watched Der Untergang (Downfall) the other day.... a really well done movie

When I first saw the movie, I was absolutely stunned by Bruno Ganz's impersonation of Hitler. Freakishly convincing. It's by far the best of all Nazi movies where Hitler appears.

Bit behind the times, but I watched Drive with Ryan Gosling on Blue-Ray today.

Thought it was a cracking flick, nothing like what I expected. Love the long pauses in the dialogue. Don't think I've ever seen a flick with Gosling before, he was pretty good I thought.
