Yeah, vinjwoods has the best form overall but was AWOL in the last game which is why you started.

The Vipers got back to winning ways in beating Wycombe after suffering only their 5th defeat of the season at the hands of Northampton.

They now play their final home game at the Snake Pit with 4th placed Burton Albion coming to town.

The starting eleven sees just two changes from the last match as the two centre-backs are changed. In come Dermotron to lead the team alongside vinjwoods with both merkezekrem and BobMem dropping to the bench.

There's also a change on the bench as Fodster comes into the squad, leaving AJ to join samsami, felixsjo and Baz in the stands.

There have been times over the past three seasons where Redknapp69 has not been looked upon favourably by the referee when going to ground after a challenge. After 5 minutes, Redknapp69 was barged in the back by Edwards and this time, the referee awarded the Vipers a free-kick. ebfatz took it upon himself to take it, trying his luck on goal which saw McLaughlin turn the ball behind. pyromyst's corner was then headed away by Slade.

Redknapp69, playing out of position on the right wing, was looking a threat early on. As Janis89 fed a ball to batman, his cross from the left was headed at goal by Redknapp69 but McLaughlin got himself behind it to hold it.

A few minutes later, a Burton player found themselves booked on the 20th minute. Reilly was the man cautioned and pyromyst took the free-kick only for Slade to once again clear it. Another free-kick delivery from pyromyst saw Redknapp69 head it on for vinjwoods but Palmer headed it clear. The ballc ame to vinjwoods who headed it back to gazzas1uk. He returned the pass to vinjwods who tried to pass to Janis89, instead overhitting the ball which left McLaughlin scrambling to tip it wide. It was almost a fortuitous goal for vinjwoods! pyromyst then gave the corner away as Naylor cleared it into touch.

It wasn't until the 39th minute when the Vipers had their clearest chance. Janis89 did well to take on Slade, skipping past the defender before shooting towards goal but McLaughlin saved it well.

Before half-time came, evesham was booked for a tackle in knocking McGurk to the ground.

After the break, Redknapp69 and Janis89 continued to look lively with the former playing the ball to the latter on the left. Janis89 then tried a curling shot but the ball skimmed over the bar.

Burton then came alive as they tested the Vipers for the first time in the 54th minute. Beavon stretched to reach a loose pass and immediately tested Goofy, seeing the Vipers goalkeeper tip it wide for a corner which came to nothing.

The 54th minute then triggered a double change for the Vipers. Off came Redknapp69 and pyromyst with Bevchenko coming on to play on the right wing and Fodster lining up behind Janis89.

Dermotron was then booked after a foul. Palmer's free-kick was knocked down by Phillips for McGurk who lost the ball to gazzas1uk. The midfielder's ball for Janis89 saw a shot which McLaughlin saved and deflected. Janis89 tried to follow it up but McLaughlin gathered it in time.

However, McLaughlin's cleared the ball poorly as Fodster headed it forward. Janis89 picked it up, playing it to Fodster who tried to go past Calero. A foot won the ball from Fodster but fell for Janis89 who struck it cleanly to score his 30th goal of the season.

A third change was made for the Vipers with batman tiring as well. merkezekrem came on but went to left-back as trunky moved up to the left wing.

A one-two between Fodster and Janis89 saw the latter then send the ball into the area. Timing his run from the right to perfection, Bevchenko got his head to the ball to loop it over the goalkeeper and into the net.

With 16 minutes left, it could have been all over but Burton were having none of it. After Slade won an aerial ball from Bevchenko, he headed it to Palmer who lobbed it to Reilly. The centred ball to Calero was then headed at goal but Goofy turned it behind. The corner from Phillips was then caught by Goofy but he then kicked it out of play. Calero took a quick throw-in to Phillips who aimed a cross for the far post. Goofy rose and caught it once more before playing it upfield.

As Burton advanced through Naylor, gazzas1uk performed a block tackle to win the ball before handing it to ebfatz. The right-back took the ball forward, before swivelling near the area and playing it to the far post. There trunky was to head it at goal but the ball hitt he upright and rebounded away before Edwards cleared it.

So nearly 3:0 to the Vipers but instead, they win 2:0.

The last game of the season is a whopping 58th game for the Vipers this season. Away at Tranmere who are 20th, it's somehow fitting that this means that those who have been the most in-form lately to start the last two games will now be given a rest in order to allow the next in line to get some game time at Prenton Park.

    Probable Starting XI

    Erkifino

Craig Forrest - BobMem - merkezekrem - Baz

    Kaneman

    Robaldo1

    ZanSnake - Bevchenko - Liam

    Fodster
