    Football Manager 17

Quite frankly I'm shocked that info0 hasn't been on lauding the new release of the series and telling us all to move on to FM!!

But in his place, anyone got the beta version?

I have, it's as good as the last version with some stuff tweaked and added in.

A lot faster now it's gone to 64 bit is what I have read. Is that the case?

Don't have it. Don't plan on getting it yet either as still enjoying FM16.

As for game speed difference 32-bit vs 64-bit... There is not that much difference on Battlefield 4 and my end, x86 version performs better.

FM17 is as fast as FM16 was to be fair. At least according to Lee (who has got Beta of FM17). They added some nice stuff to the game from what he showed me in short clip. Nothing ground breaking, but more polished.

Just a heads up for anyone who does buy this, get down to your local non league club and see if they're selling it as they get given some free copies.

Southport my local club have been selling copies of each new edition the last 6/7 years and at only 13.50.

I've done a season on FM17 touch - won the league with Spurs only losing 1 game all season.

I love touch as it is literally as simple as CM0102, Just with improvements. My only disappointment is how easy it seems. There doesn't seem to be enough factors that can go wrong within the squad to send you on a downward spiral. You can chop and change tactics and players relatively as you please as there is no familiarity and I don't think morale is as strong a factor in touch as the full game but I could be wrong.
