I thought the same thing, but since I started doing it I haven't lost a single penalty shootout. Call it luck or coincidence, but at the end of the day it's a game of numbers.

    South Wales Derby Time!

10th place Wrexham head to South Wales for a Welsh encounter!

Again, a few changes made given the extra time exploits from previous fixture

“Easy afternoon for the Swans vs 10 man Wrexham!”

Nearly 9,000 fans packed into the ground for North v South

The game was as good as over as a contest by the 30th minute.

A Lacey/Alsop combination work iot well for Jack who rounds the keeper and taps it in

5 minutes later and it’s James Thomas going around Van Der Kwaak who brings him down and see’s red!

Howard slots away the pen and from there on in until the half time whistle and then the full time whistle, this is actually a game where we look to see the game out and conserve energy over what has been a crazy period!

We won’t get many easier Welsh derby wins than this!

    Spoiler!

Hull, 3rd and 4th all win so it’s very much “as is”

23rd place Oxford away next. May look easy enough on paper but they have just hot some decent form as they look to get out of relegation places

“A walk in the park in leafy Oxford!

But feck that – we are the Swans and we mean BUSINESS!

We charge into a 2-0 lead in the first half not letting Oxford get a foothold in the game

The strikeforce get a goal each – Thomas and Alsop

We take it a bit easier 2nd half where we are now more experienced seeing games out but it nearly comes to bite us in the arse with a late consolation goal for Oxford

Routine win against perceived cannon fodder. The unbeaten league run keeps going……….

    Spoiler!

7 points behind 1st but 13 points ahead of 4th

    Getting closer!

Hull was a good side ODB, same with Rushden - though more due to mooney

Let's hope you can clinch the gap closer, with no cup games, ball in your court

We have Hull coming up soon so that will be a big game but they can't be far off promoted now

Rushden ready to jump into Top 3 if any of us have a bad run

    Ryan Williams still with them?

Always used to be sold to either a PL side or Crystal Palace on my ODB games

No-one can stop you now. A good season already.

You're probably already thinking about the squad for next season more than about this season.

Hull is probably going to win the title, though.

Two good wins! You must be pleased to win that Welsh derby? Keep focused now and don't drop to many points and you'll be a league higher very soon!

    Yes - delighted so far!

Not thinking about next season yet - you never know what happens . . . .

Yeah - Hull are looking strong in a massive charge

Yes - 2 cracking wins but most teams around us holding their own as well

Always a pleasure to have the bragging rights in Wales!

Don't drop points - good advice that and you might be a mind reader . . . .

    Monthly Awards!

I am named Manager of the Month and Michael Jack is Young Player of the month!

Away to 8th place Bristol Rovers.

Jack and Jenkins are given a breather for this game and replaced by Carlisle and Butler. I’ve put Coomber into the reserves now to give him regular football as he seemed to have been having less of an impact which is understandable from a young kid

“Swans are out of the blocks faster than Usain Bolt and romp home!!”

Wow – clinical first half! 6 shots and all 6 on target

And we score from 3 of them!

Absolute easy street 2nd half managing the game effectively – we’ll happily take a 3-0 win and head back down the M4 please!

Blasted them good and proper in the first half!

    Spoiler!

Hull and Lincoln both win but 4th place Rushden lose

Sheff Wed bid 190k for “Big Rog” – FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

Bottom of the table Shrewsbury next at home against former Welsh International – Kevin Ratcliffe!

    Am expecting 3 points here!

“10 Man Swans lucky to get a draw at home to BOTTOM placed Shrewsbury!”

And that is why you should never count your chicken in this game

Going in very confident, I made a few changes as we have top of the table Hull next

Key moment of the game was a harsh Red Card for O’Leary when he “pushed” Shrewsbury’s Henderson!

But we go into HT 0-0 and a chance to change our tactics

We kept the same home formation by moving Lacey to midfield but with a backward forward arrow

Our positivity pays off when Jason Smith flicks on a corner and Alan Tate volleyed it home!

But a ball over the top leaves Henderson run on to it and clip it over Freestone

Shrewsbury then went for the winner but we managed to hold them out for a 1-1 draw

For what I was expecting to be an easy home win was the opposite and arguably we were lucky to pick up a point!

Big shout to the defensive unit who performed admirably

    Spoiler!

1st, 3rd and 4th all win which is a kick in the teeth for us. And with that, Hull are guaranteed promotion!

Swansea boss Redknapp69 reprimanded by FA

O’Leary is banned for 4 games for a “push” – fucking joke that and we appeal immediately as well as complain about the ref!

And what do the old geezers at the FA do?................................

    MUPPETS!

And they reject the appeal as well – IDIOTS!

Gratz on the manager of the month award! Good win against Bristol, but O'Leary costs you two points against Shrewsbury Did you fine him after the game?

A four game suspension is ridiculous and it's good to see you stand up against those f*ckers at the FA. The fine goes out of the clubs finances?

Firts time I won the award since start of season!

Nope - didn't fine him - thought it was totally undeserved red card hence me complaianing to FA about the inept referees!

Think the 4 games is he already has 10 yellow cards this season so asume it's some sort of "totting up" process

Good call on the fine - never thought about that!

    Yes - it does
