Hi guys. I've been playing CHM3 since 2002 but for the first time i see something like that. In my save Steven Gerrard retires at 26 do to recurring injuries. The club have been rewarded a compensation of 30 000 000 pounds but the money does not ended in my transfer budget.
Did you ever seen such a big star retireing so young in the game?

Never seen (or consciously anyway) this in all my 15 years of playing the game.

Have seen it before. I remember getting a compensation, but no idea where that money went. Maybe check your accounts at the end of the season.

In the original .960 DB Porto goalie Vitor Baia is injured at the start of season one.
He very often retires because of that injury.

About the money: you can see whether you received the money at financial information.
It's quite common that funds don't immidiately go into your transfer budget.
I play as Ajax a lot, and I never get my transfer budget over 39.5M, even though I have 170M+ on the bank.

That's to do with ya Chairman's stats and the resources attribute I think.

On the original database, playing with PSV I had Kevin Hofland retire early due to injury. Compensation was 15m which went back into the clubs' finances.
