Hi, love playing 00/01 but need to make some rule changes to number of subs, number of foreign players and no overtime (for Japanese league). This is all possible with offsets from the 01/02 forum but those offsets are not the same in 00/01. I am willing to pay someone if they can do this for me. Please PM me if interested.
