    Amazing work as always Mark!

Let's do the review shall we?

L1: Oxford 1-6 Doncaster: Big win, no contest.

L1: Doncaster 3-0 Northampton: Didn't allow a single shot, get outta here!

LC: Cardiff 0-1 Doncaster: The scoreline made it look a lot closer, but it really wasn't. Glad to be through a round.

L1: Blackpool 0-4 Doncaster: Nagbe with his first hattrick getting a good start for goal scorer of the year.

L1: Doncaster 3-0 Walsall: Again not a single shot allowed at goal, but gutted to lose Ansaldi for 3 months with a torn groin muscle.

A very good month. Won 4 of 4 in the league with 16-1 goaldifference and got through to the 2nd round of the EFL Cup. Couldn't have asked for a better start. Gutted to lose one of my best players for 3 months though.

    Great write up Markus!

Community Shield winners! Very happy with that...oh yes. Not so happy about losing away to a Chelsea side that had failed to register a point up to that stage but there are some tough CPU teams out there now.

Glad to see the tactic works...ish...not a lot of goals.

Just reviewed the save. What the hell was the assman doing? First game he picks Fernandinho and Tameze with Fabinho and Khedira nowhere to be seen...were they injured? I must have had a lot of injuries! Damn that Chelsea game, keeper got a 9!

    Great to have this back!

Demolished Legia to get into CL "proper"

Mullered CPU controlled Newcastle but we draw 1-1

This happens every season with us starting off in DTL

Already 2 games behind others as well so will be playing catch up for a while methinks

    Gawd bless ya Marko

2 games, 6 points. Happy puppy.

Weird start to the season though. Four home games, then four away games.

2 wins and a draw seems far. Though i think Hull will feel a little unlucky.

    Awards
EPL Manager of the Month - Redknapp69 (Swansea).
L1 Manager of the Month - GFRay (Doncaster).
L1 Player of the Month - Masato Kudo (Doncaster).
L1 Young Player of the Month - Fede San Emeterio (Doncaster).

A clean sheet for GFRay with Doncaster maintaining their 100% record for the season. Masato Kudo has only started twice for GFRay but has found the net 4 times along with 2 assists. Fede San Emeterio has also scored and assisted once but has kept things ticking over in the Doncaster midfield with an average rating of 7.92.

Meanwhile, Redknapp69 is the only one to pick up an award for the DTL managers after winning all four Premier League games without conceding, moving from 15th in the table to 5th.

    Draws
    League Cup - Third Round
    Sheff Wed vs Swansea
    AFC Wimbledon vs Coventry
    Middlesbrough vs Plymouth
    Man City vs Southampton
    Aston Villa vs Arsenal
    Hull vs Derby
    Everton vs Nottm Forest
    West Ham vs Brentford
    Tottenham vs Barnsley
    Portsmouth vs Sunderland
    Doncaster vs Charlton

One of Mark/Erkifino and GFRay/ebfatz will be heading out of the League Cup at this stage. The meeting between the latter will be intriguing given their battle for the League One title. With GFRay leading the way, ebfatz will no doubt be desperate to get a win in the competition.

UEFA Europa League - Third Round
    Ostersund vs Everton
    AIK vs West Ham
    Portsmouth vs Irtysh Pavlodar
    Celtic vs Southampton

A tough draw for Dermotron given he'll be the only manager coming up against a squad of players. There are 8 former DTL players at Celtic including Ryan Bertrand, Marcel Sabitzer and Anthony Knockaert. They have also added Keylor Navas to their squad.

    • Sounds like Mark has an old save so will check new one when up
    • But WHATA MONTH – 7 games and won 6. Delighted to win all my league games and puts me back in the hunt – already a lot of teams accumulating a wedge of points!
    • Nice touch on the “Awards” section Marko – Manager of the Month
    • Ray absolutely tearing it up in his league! Biro Biro on
    • League Cup – Sheff Wed away – seems “ok” on the outset but not easy
    • UEFA Cup – Dermo with a potentially sticky tie – rest of the lads should be fine
    • Injuries – Villa seem to be keeping the physio’s busy – guess they have a big squad though so always more chance

Great work again Mark, top notch stuff this!

    Alright let's review the month:

Doncaster 8-0 Southend: We were already 5-0 up before their sending off. First time actually that I see a keeper register a '1' .

Rochdale 0-1 Doncaster: Much closer than it should have been with 2 against 16 shots.

Doncaster 4-0 Millwall: Another thumping and fully deserved win.

West Brom 2-2 Doncaster: We dominated against a Championship side and went 2-0 up, but gave it away in the 2nd half. Delighted to win the penalty lottery.

Doncaster 2-0 Blackburn: Scoreline could and should have been much higher.

Bolton 1-3 Doncaster: Another win where we could have score much and much more.

MK Dons 0-2 Doncaster: How we manage to score only twice with 16 shots at goal is beyond me.

We're litterally ripping the League One a new one as we're tearing everyone up. Played ten, won ten with a 36-2 goaldifference. That's just total dominance, but it's expected tbh. Next month we will get a proper test next month when Ebz drops by for the EFL Cup 3rd round.

Yep, easy to pick up big wins against teams of greyed out players It may get a little tougher in January once the window re-opens for the other teams.

It doesn't matter what happens for me from now on.

The fact that my bunch of rag tag players at Charlton beat my former side Norwich confirms to me that I wasted 12 seasons at Carrow Road and accomplished the sum of nothing!!
The fact they have gone from 1st to 12th in a month also confirms that.

Looks like it'll be an early exit from the League Cup as well as can't see me denting Doncaster's form.

Wonder what the odds would have been on drawing Norwich and Doncaster in the 2nd and 3rd Rounds. 200/1 at least!

    After looking at the save.......

WIN 2-0 v Hull. Deserved against AMC's old boys

DRAW 2-2 v Anderlecht. We got a last minute goal as well to save a point. But then look at how many star players in their team

WIN 1-0 v GFRay's old team. Very close and tight game decided by Suarez's 3rd minute goal!

WIN 2-0 v Monaco - They had player sent off early. Could have been 5 to be honest

WIN 2-0 v Rakanj Everton - real commanding performance

WIN 5-1 v AEK. Great away performance where their keeper had a 'mare. Shame we lost a couple of players to injury but not serious

WIN 1-0 v Pyro's Plymouth - no doubt we deserved the points

Only playing AJ from the managers next month

A bit of a 'meh' month. Dropping points and dropping positions.

1-1 against Southampton. Fair result, both teams would be happy to walk away with a point
0-1 loss to Everton. A bit gutted about this. Toffees with an 89th minute winner in what was a pretty even match
0-1 loss to Spurs. I was absolutely destroyed, the sending off of Cech didnt help much. Lucky to just keep it to 1 goal.
2-1 win against Norwich. I was lucky, very very lucky.

Good solid wins in the CL against Nice and Ath. Madrid, and a fair draw against Roma.

4 out of 6 victories albeit 2 in the EL I'll take it, but 1 sent off in the games vs Villa and Man Utd. I don't think this would have mattered as I was outplayed by both teams prior to the red cards, good victory for you Erk, gratz
