    Top Managers

So currently we are working at the manager reputations. This is the current list of the best 32 worldwide.

Who is missing? Who should be higher and who should be lower? Let us know!

    Dare I say ......................................

    Rafa Benitez?

Of the ones listed - I think Tuchel, Sarri and Emery should be higher. Blanc, Villas Boas, Pellegrini lower.

I’d have Benitez in there, if he weren’t at Newcastle (or if he was backed there) he’d be at a club playing European football regularly.

Sampaoli looked a disaster in the World Cup with Argentina.

Sarri should be higher, around 15 or 14.

    Mourinho

    Poch could be higher

    Agree on ebfatz comment

    Deffo Rafa

    Agree on Sampaoili

Martinez really all that? Wasn't great at Everton and has an unbelievable squad of Belgian players

Capello still got it? Not sure on him

But I guess this is "reputations" and not coaching att's

Hitzfeld/Bielsa/Lippi/Hiddink? (some of them maybe getting on in age tho!)

I thought Capello was retired. Tite and Pekerman could be lower. Pekerman is free by the way.

Sampaoli's rep must have took a battering after the World Cup then. I still think Rafa's deserving of a place in the top 32 on rep as well.

Roberto Moreno, OGS and Wenger shouldn't be in that list. ten Hag swap with Deschamps.

Rudi Garcia stock has dropped a bit recently.

Maybe post up the 31-100 in a spoiler for reference. Be handy to spot who needs a boost or not.

Ole?! What's he done for that? Above Low?

    Where is Mourinho?

    Rafa?

    Ten Hag 16? No way.

Even though I am a massive fan of Klopp, I think Guardiola should be number one for sheer consistency.

Also unsure about Tite and Solskjaer. Are their reps really that good? Are does it come with the job? (if the rep is jobrelated, then I get why Ten Hag is 16)

The list is about the reputation of the managers worldwide. Not about how good they really are.

Its possible that there is this amazing manager in Germany 5th tier with a high rep there but its about world wide reputation so probably most of the people will not known him and therefore he will not make the top 250.

Low hasnt had his best years with Germany and Mourinhos rep has dropped after a few failures.

But if more people feel the same they can climb up the list as it should be based on the average opinions of us all.

yeah, I know it's not how good they really are. That is something that couldn't be measured and it is subjective. I just wanted to know if we factor in the reputation of a job.

For instance: Solskjaer has done f#@k all as a manager but he does manage one of the greatest clubs in the world. That is what puts him in this list, right? Because he'd be nowhere near this list if he were managing Valerenga or Brann Bergen.

Tite is still very high. Pochetino could do better, champions final and all. I understand Mourinho having a drop, but on the other hand, anyone can see him signing with a regular club? When he got a job again will be with Chelsea, Inter, Real... I don't think he will pick Wolves for next job.
It's very hard to put a ranking. Favre, Alegri??? Seens a bit high imo

Zidane should be downgraded in my opinion.

id argue the likes of Nuno Espirito and Brendan Rodgers should be (at the back end of) the list, Roberto Martinez too.

Low should be higher up, certainly ahead of Koeman.

    Pellegrini? Quique Flores?

Mourinho and Wenger, unemployed or not should be up with the top managers too surely?
