Thanks for testing. In my holyday mode he averaged 7.50, and a big pass success rate and ammount of passes per game, good consistency, which all looked realistic, but i applied this version of him in oct2018 database + saturnv6, maybe for some reason it doesn't work well with the new database or without the patch. If he averages 7 then thats bad. I'll re-check.

Yes Toronto is the short name for Miami Fusion so they are playable in the standard update. They will be replaced by Atlanta Utd or Portland when the actual release comes out

Disagree wholeheartedly with Maguire notes above.
For Kasper his passing/distribution is woeful. That 17 is ridiculously high.
Chilwell should have a PA of well over 160. He's the first choice England left back at 21 and should be minimum 175
Harvey Barnes is going to be a future England player and should have a PA of at least 160/170
Hamza Choudhury has been top class this season and should see a big boost in his PA to 155 and CA to 130 (his work rate of 6 should be at least 10 higher, his tackling, determination and marking should be minimum 15,)
Filip Benkovic is on a season long loan at Celtic and is very very highly rated so I'd suggest a PA of 160
Soyuncu - don't know if he's ever played DMC
Tielemans - his passing should be pushing 20.
Adrien Silva - CA/PA down by at least 10 each
    Ricardo - I'd remove the FR/L
Darnell Johnson is also very highly rated so would push CA to 110 and PA to 140
Danny Simpson i'd drop CA down by 10

    All from Leicester

David Munoz to San Juan (SPain)

    I run 3 tests:

1- Original Arthur in oct2018 database without saturn patch: average: 7.57
2- My version of Arthur aplyed into oct2018 database without saturn patch: 7.43
3- Run the march 2019 preview savegame as is (Arthur is identical to test 1): average 7.53

My version of Arthur (test 2) results in a lower average ratting but I think its more realistic because he does more dribbles, passes and has a higher pass success rate, and scores less goals, assists and tackles, than the other two tests (1 and 3).

I couldn't test my version of Arthur in march 2019 data because i dont have data folder. If my version is performing on a low 7 ratting in march 2019 or in doubt then please revert all changes that I proposed to him, and just give him adaptability 20, as he actually looks pretty fine without my changes too.

    About ITALIAN Serie A:

    ATALANTA
Ilicic Change his role in ACC/F RC
Zapata Improve his offensive skills and acceleration, in this season he's an excellent striker
Mancini Improve his defensive skills, he's one of most interesting young defenders in Italy; improve finishing to 13 (5 goals until now)
    CAGLIARI
Pavoletti Improve heading to 20, he's the best in Italy (and maybe not only) in this ability
    CHIEVO
De Paoli Change his role in DM RC
Giaccherini Change his role in AM RLC
    FIORENTINA
Simeone Let down "finishing" to 14
    GENOA
Romero Improve very much his defensive skills, he's a very promising defender, one of revelations of Serie A (Juventus wants him for €25M!)
    INTER
Salcedo Improve his skills, he's a promising young player
    JUVENTUS
Cancelo Change his role in D/AM RL
Barzagli Let down speed and acceleration, he's old!
Dybala He's a little bit overrated, let down his offensive skills (only 4 goals in this season)
    LAZIO
Luis Alberto Add AM as other role
    MILAN
Conti Add DM as other role
Bonaventura Change his role in M LC; he's injuried until EOS
Calhanoglu Change his role in AM LC
Piatek Improve a little bit his offensive skills, he's a phaenomenon!
    NAPOLI
Ghoulam Add DM as other role
Mario Rui Add DM as other role
Allan Change his role in M RC
Ruiz Change his role in M LRC
Verdi Add AM as other role
    ROMA
Florenzi Add AM as other role
Zaniolo Improve all his skills, he's the most interesting Italian player, he's one of the best under 20 of the world! He would be the best Italian player in next years!
    TORINO
Belotti Let down a little bit his skills
Zaza Let down a little bit his skills
Ansaldi Change his role in D/DM RL
Berenguer Change his role in DM RL
Millico Change his role in S, he's a very intersting youn striker of Torino Primavera (24 goal in 20 games!)

    Other world players:
Tonali (Brescia) Improve very much all his skills, he's one of most interesting Italian midfielders, he will be the new Verratti (Roberto Mancini calls him in Italian National Team)
Larsen (Dortmund) Add F as other role

    Norway update (Jan start)

    Haugesund
    - Vegard skjerve: Tackling down to at least under 10 (maybe 8), Anticipation up (13-14).
    - Christian Grindheim: Passing up to at least 15, Long shots 14, heading 12.
    - Bruno Leite: Anticipation up to at least 12, dribbling at least 10, tackling, teamwork and work rate 13, marking, positioning, aggression 12.
    - Sondre Tronstad: Marking, aggression, anticipation 12, passing 10.
    - Alexander Stølås: Passing, set pieces 13, dribbling 12, heading 12, aggression 10.

    Brann
    - Petter Strand: Set pieces 14+, marking 12, aggression 12, tackling and positioning at least 12. Also plays right back/right wing back.
    - Fredrik Haugen: Flair 14, long shots 14, set pieces 13, passing 9.
    - Gilbert Koomson: Crossing at least 12, passing 10, set pieces 10.
    - Vito Wormgoor: Tackling 8.
    - Thomas Grögaard: Passing 12, tackling 8, set pieces 10.
    - Azar Karadas: Jumping 13, heading 15, strength and stamina 14.

    Kristiansund
    - Christoffer Aasbak: Set pieces 10, crossing 13.
    - Stian Aasmundsen: Passing and tackling 8.

    Sarpsborg 08

    - Jørgen Strand Larsen : Jumping and heading up at least 3 points, passing 12.

    Molde
    - Babacar Sarr: Also playing DM, heading at least 14, jumping at least 15, anticipation 13, tackling 13.
    - Magnus Wolff Eikrem: Imo. Should be considered a deeper midtfielder (not AM). Overall stats could be slightly improved, but in particular defensive like tackling (12-13), work rate (12), positioning (11).
    - Thomas Amang: Dribbling 13, passing 12, finishing 13, long shots 13. He has high potential too.
Molde would also consider Kristiansund as a rival club ahead of Brann in my opinion.

Something just came to mind. In the previous update Pogba would become unsettled and move to Dortmund for around 20m a lot of times early in a save. But under Solskjaer he seems a lot happier and is playing better, so I wanted to request if there was anything that can be changed so he stays longer or costs more to leave Manchester as he is a key player in real life and they let him go too easily and cheaply to a smaller reputation/financial model club.

Also, nice comment on Tonali Sam. I was thinking of mentioning him too after seeing some scout videos.

    Norway update (Jan start) v2

    Some transfers:
Steffen Ernemann from Viking to Sogndal.
Yacouba Sylla from Mechelen to Strømsgodset.
Sean McDermott from Dinamo Bukarest to Kristiansund.
    Nikola Tkalcic now free agent.
Martin Spelmann from AGF to Strømsgodset. Looks like a loan deal. Also, he seems to play deer like a CMR/AM.
Agnaldo's transfer to RoPS made permanent from Molde.
Marcus Johnson Mehnert on loan to Nest Sotra from Brann.
Thomas Elsebutangen on loan to Grorud from Vålerenga.
Xin Zhou from Stabæk to Shenzhen.
Arnar Thór Gudjónsson from Strømsgodset to Fram Larvik on loan.
Simon Alexandersson from Kristiansund to Dalkurd on loan.
Usman Mohammed from Sarpsborg 08 to Pyunik Erevan.
Adrian Skindlo from Bodø/Glimt to Afturelding on loan.
Isak Ssewankambo from Molde to Östersund.

    Players and stats
Also Pablo Arboine (Pablo César Arboine Carmona) Made a transfer from Santos to Sarpsborn 08. Not sure which kind of transfer this was, but I will mention it here since he wasn't in the database and may or may not be a talent of some significance to the club/league.

John Kitolano's potential should perhaps not be considered world beater, but 100 is way too low. 150+ As far as I know, but definetly not anywhere close to 200.
Edvard Tagseth's 145 is a little on the low side as well, 170 would be closer to his rating, but I do understand that neither have built up a very high reputation and done anything noticeable as of yet.
I think Martin Ödegaard should also be considered about the same potential.

Viking and Mjøndalen was promoted from Obos ligaen while Sandefjord and Start was demoted to said league.

Herolind Shala's Stats should be a little boosted sine he was one of the better individual players in a otherwise pale Start team.
Passing on 9 is too low, 12 should fit better. Teamwork should increase to at least close to 10. Stamina as well. Also, as previously mentioned he now plays for Vålerenga.
Franck Boli was industrious to Stabæk managing to stay up, and while a long shot off the top players he should have somewhere around 14 finishing and 11 long shots, as he is a good finisher.

Because the first Argentine division can only be played with 20 teams. Please exchange the following equipment

    SAN MARTIN SJ
    PATRONATO
    BELGRANO `

Pass them to the second division

    LANUS
    NEWELLS
    GIMNASIA LP

    Upload them to first disivion

It's hard for me to make conclusions as i lack enough knowledge, but i doubt that turkey has more talented players than belgium and equals portugal, while italy is lacking compared to other major football countries.

I also believe quantity of talented players should be balanced proportionally (at least roughly) may be in accordance with strength of national teams.

    question for you updaters.....

Not a huge amount of feedback - do you take that as a positive (as everything looks great) or as a negative where you would hope more people would provide feedback?

    P.S - Thread closing today?
