Don't expect to get two VAR-decisions per game now

For testing purposes I played one week and then checked all the games of that weekend in Holland and England, etc. which had penalties and/or cards and far less than half of them now have the VAR intervene or look into the incident. I think that's realistic.

Any feedback is appreciated! I'll keep correcting and updating the file as necessary but what's available now should work quite well.

The following screenshots show what happened after the referee reached into his pocket and the commentator had said: St.Juste gets the red card!

The VAR commentary file (under Downloads) has been updated.

Changes: Textual errors have been corrected and the speed has been simplified by using just three different speeds instead of many.

All normal events now have a 1000 milliseconds delay.
Main events 2000 and crucial events 3000.

You can therefore easily change the speed, if you are so inclined, by using a consistent find & replace routine in Notepad.

Here's the latest update of the English commentaries with the VAR included.

Changes: Corrected several types and language, including an error in the text references.

Also, players don't take their shirts off anymore!
(That was there from the days when you wouldn't get a yellow card for it, but seems silly now, that they do this in the game and the referee totally ignores it.)

This new version is not available under Downloads yet. Perhaps someone can put it there as well?

Not sure if this current version is already available under Downloads, but the latest version is always in the first post of this thread.

Also please note that all normal events have a 1000 milliseconds delay, main events 2000 and crucial events 3000.

You can therefore easily change the speed now by using a find & replace routine in Notepad.
This is useful if you want slower commentary (or faster).
Or perhaps you want all the normal events move faster and only the crucial events stay longer on your screen.
