Sansami, I don't know, that's what the tapani editor does. Maybe some of the other editors are able but you would have to ask someone more skilled than me LOL
For the BG's:
Unzip the file > go to the pictures folder > select all of the files and copy them > Open the pictures folder inside your Championship Manager 01-02 Folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Championship Manager 01-02) > Paste (if asked give adm permissions to it so they can move) > Done
For de Menubars:
Unzip the file > go to the menubars folder > select all of the files and copy them > Open the Data folder inside your Championship Manager 01-02 Folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Championship Manager 01-02) > Paste (if asked give adm permissions to it so they can move) > Done
For the other volumes of background pictures repeat the process as the pics.cfg file already contains all of the previous information![]()

Just started back on my CM01/02 journey. I really like the dark mode images here, but does anyone care to share an idiot-proof step by step guide to installing these for the various standard resolutions? Presumably, everyone prefers higher resolution than the standard 800x600 though?
To put this plainly I would really like to play this game on the best resolution I can and install ideally nice background images/menu bar etc like the ones shown in this thread. If anyone can help with that it would be very much appreciated. I have actually started a game with Aberdeen, which isn't a team these backgrounds have been set up for I don't think. Does that make a difference?
There are three volumes now. Four and five coming soon, we hope.
Volume One is only the first part.
It would still be good to have an "idiot-proof step by step guide" as dabla 27 calls it.
I managed to install it but it wasn't very easy and I have already forgotten how I did it.
I find these skins very beautiful dark versions ...
.... in honor of this forum (beautiful) I would also add this menubar:

I will answer to the “idiot-proofing” below. I’m glad people like the packs, considering that the ratio would be all off. But since there is people who would like a bigger resolution, I could try to mod the PSD files to fit it, but it would probably be at a slower pace than the 800x600 packs
To your game, download this zip. It has the Aberdeen, Scotland and SPL RGNs and just copy paste it into your pics.cfg file (I’m adding the SPL to the coming soon so you can enjoy your game)

You guys just caught me working on Vol. 4, I will drop it today.
Give me a couple of days and I will make a step-by-step guide to install every volume.
Man, this is a really nice menubar, thanks a lot![]()

Thank you! Copied the lot to my pictures folder!
That's all it takes, right?
Now how can I get Tapani's Color Adjuster v1.02 which you are using?
Tapanis version 1 (which I have got) only has 7 different settings and tapani v1.02 (which you are using) has 8 different settings.
Can you tell me where I can download it or can you send it to me?
Yes, just copy into it and it should run smoothly. As for the Color Adjuster: https://champman0102.co.uk/downloads.php?do=file&id=38
Looking forward to Vol.5 with Holland 2![]()
The menubar doesn't appear to be in the download? Looks great otherwise!
You can find it here: https://champman0102.co.uk/showthrea...510#post442510
Instructions: https://champman0102.co.uk/showthrea...069#post445069
But it would be nice if it's in the package.
I assume once vol.5 and vol.6 are ready the lot will become available as one single download.
Yeah, you are probably right. So I'm thinking that with Vol. 5 I will also do a full release of what has been don so far. So that way those who have been downloading it one by one can just what they are missing, and those like you who have some later can get everything in one download.
Thanks a lot for the feedback, it really helps to see what I can do to make it easier to follow.
Ps: Vol 5. is in the works, I know that I've taken longer with this but I've been busy. So I think that a friday/saturday is feasible.
Great job, mate! Thank you for your work!
Can't wait for the Portugal logos!
Hey guys, sorry for the long time it took me to finally drop this Vol.5 of the Dark Mode pack. Here are some screenshots:

Thank you very much again!
