Hi all...
I was planning to start a network game with s few people starting from 2019 and have been manually doing transfers using the editor (major transfers) since the March 2019 update.
I've also done the promotion and relegations of the major European leagues but I wanted to know how to change the teams that have qualified for Europe?
There doesn't seem to be a way in the default editor?
Help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

To change the teams that are qualified for european cups, you have to edit euro.cfg. But it is easy, just open it with notepad and change the teams. Note that the teams would have to be full name, not short name.
Thanks. Just saw your reply.
I did that with the euro.cfg and started a couple of weeks ago.
Enjoying a good network game atm, with (manually) updated transfers, leagues and currency set to to DFL (most accurate to current day).
Hi,
I'm currently updating the game for the English leagues for the 19-20 season but when i go into the Euro.dat notepad file to amend who plays in Europe for the upcoming season I am entering as follows - Manchester CityLiverpoolChelseaTottenham HotspurArsenalManchester UnitedWolverhamptonWonderers...and then I have tried to keep wrexham and merthyr tydfil and have also tried with the latter teams removed from the file.
Yet all i get when i load up is a mixture of those first 6 teams in the wrong european competition and Wolves never seem to be there it is instead Watford who of course i have as the FA Cup runners up which makes sense as to why they are there.
Ive never had trouble in the past changing the teams in the euro.dat file but this is first time using the saturn update.
any help much appreciated!
thanks
Use club long names
Also if you have called them Wonderers they won't show up, they are Wanderers.![]()
I have done this as shown in my opening post.
lol yeah i quickly typed that for the post in the file i have it spelt correctly
If things are set accurately according to the real last season (as per my post above), you should have 4 CL, 3 UEFA Cup, 1 Intertoto.
Man City, Liverpool (1st seeds), Chelsea and Tottenham (2nd seeds) should all show as seeded for the CL.
Arsenal, Man Utd, and (annoyingly) Watford will be seeded for the UEFA Cup.
Wolves enter the Intertoto at the 3rd Round stage.
Merthyr Tydfil are not included at all.
