it's difficult to replicate Liverpool's current dominance within cm0102 though without overrating there players. A lot of Liverpool's success is built on Klops philosophy over 3-4 years more than all there players being world class

Man city still have the much better player ability in my opinion but Liverpool's style and philosophy is much stronger currently in RL and probably better suited for the Prem than Man city's high press and keep possession as you always run the risk in the Prem with very high lines as even the worst sides can hit you on the counter.

Liverpool this seaosn and last have been much more solid and start much deeper defensively compared to City. Liverpool in big games usually play much more counter attacking and let the opposition have the ball which probably shows even Klop knows his players are limited to a certain degree against the top teams but he gets the best out of good players like Henderson and Origi who are never going to be world beaters but they do certain jobs for the team so well in that specific Liverpool system

Arnold and Robertson in other teams would not be so effective in other systems so they are overrated in the game to some degree to compensate that but making liverpool dominant in the game alot of there players will need to be overrated to try and replicate what they do in real life.

Given Trent doesn’t take anywhere near the amount of free kicks that Beckham did, there’s really not much in it.
Assists are not always a result of a cross. If you look at Alexander-Arnold, you can see that his crossing accuracy is 21%, which is not that great compared to someone like Moutinho, whose is 31%.

Shame we don't have detailed data for the time when Beckham was playing.

Edit: In fact, Alexander-Arnold's crossing accuracy is worst of the top 5 players with most crosses this season.

the new footballing styles of todays game will be hard to replicate on cm0102 I imagine Robertson and Arnold get a lot of assists cutting in as inverted wbs/wingers just being involved in build up play with some assists from crosses too if the opposition is just letting them bomb down the flanks and only defending their own box and central areas in a narrow shape
