I installed game and it worked fine until crashing so reinstalled and it works up until when you start a new game and try and load players ? Any help would be greatly accepted.

Run the game as administrator and ensure compatability is XP 2 or 3

Are you gettng an error message or just stocking? Or Crashing?

What setup do you have? Are you playing 3.9.60 data? 3.9.68? March 2020 update? Another?

    Any patches like Saturn/Nick/Tapani?

Not sure what you have or haven't done mate so I would maybe uninstall game from control panel

Then delete the CM folder from the C drive - C/Program Files (x86)/Championship Manager 01/02

    Then install the game
    Install 3.9.68 patch
Play game (make sure the CM0102.exe - the icon you run the game is run as administrator and compatability as XP 2 or 3)
