Well Done to Patinoz, who has been voted for my the fellow players, to be Players Player...
He was also the Writers Choice.

Grianaig won Goalkeeper of the Series. Jesus won the Defender.
After much deliberation Gow Fakkayaself was named Midfielder of the Series.
And it was hard not to pick Patinoz for Striker of the Series.

Team of the Year has been picked. With 4 players unlucky to miss out and be on the bench.

Dominik Machowski retired 1st but still picked up 23 winners medals, which was the most of anyone.
Tissington and Kowalczyk won 22 medals.
Airwick won 8 League Titles in his 17 seasons.

Some great Records.
Grianaig with his 909 Club Games. And Patinoz with his 620 goal haul on top of 101 for Germany. Welsh Red with 207 Assists and Watez with 165 Brazilian Appearances.
Machowski with the record £45 million transfer fee. Kowalczyk playing in 7 countries and Tissington winning 14 different medals.

With the Numbers.
Its easy to see that Jesus and Machowski were winners and not losers. Only collecting 7 runners up medals between them, while getting 43 Winners Medals... Or maybe they were lucky...
A thought should be given to Welsh Red and Jan Mathisen who's Winners to Runners Up Medal ratio is nowhere near as good...

Season 22.

We have 10 players who are now in the Scouting, Coaching or Management game.

Spoiler!

Although 1 of them is still unemployed.

There have been managerial sackings, and managerial appointments.
A couple of people have found coaching and scouting roles and others have changed clubs.

Early in the Season with Man City in 18th place after 5 games.
James Tissington was given the sack.



The Man Utd manager swapped to the other part of the City.



Due to this, Tissington was only out of work for about 3 weeks. As he was appointed Man Utd Manager in a job swap situation.



By the End of the Season he had kept the Man Utd ship steady, finishing in 12th place.
As Man City finishined a disappointing 17th place, and only staying up on the final day of the season after starting the day in the bottom 3.

Erkifino managed to get Burnley promoted back to the Premiership at the first attempt. Finishing in 2nd place.
Jesus stayed at Gillingham and helped them to stay in Division 1. Finishing in 20th place.





Right at the end of the season, after Erkifino had got Burnley Promoted.
Stoke City appointed him their Manager after finishing 3rd in the Premiership.
So Erkifino will have a go at Champions League Management next season.

Patinoz stayed as a Coach at Cartagena.



Airwick is still a Coach at FC Twente.



Grianaig left his role as West Brom Coach to join a team he played at for 12 years. Tottenham.
But he joins them as a scout.



Fodster became unemployed when he asked to leave Cardiff City, but quickly found work as Coach at Huddersfield Town.



Goofy Z was unemployed after retiring last season. He was appointed Coach at Leicester City.



Jan Mathisen was also unemployed after leaving his scouting role at Bielefeld.
But he found a job in Brazil. At Vasco Da Gama



Still unemployed is myself.... Not sure what i'm waiting for....

Still on with the Scouting, Coaching & Management game.

There have been managerial sackings, and managerial appointments.
And Relegations.....

James Tissington was again sacked.
He didnt last long at Man Utd. In October they were in the bottom 3.
And the board gave him the boot due to overwhelming supporter pressure.


Tissington was again only out of work for a few weeks, as Division 1 Aston Villa appointed him as Manager.


At the end of the season.
Despite Stoke finishing 3rd last season, Erkifino managed to get them relegated on goal difference to Man Utd.
Not sure how he kept his job.

Prem Tables




Both Tissington and Jesus disappointed.
With Aston Villa in 16th place in Division 1. But did improve towards the end.
And Gillingham were relegated in 22nd place, after a last few games collapse.

Championship Tables




In the Cups.
Aston Villa lost in the Semi Finals of the League Cup on Penalties.
Gillingham went out in the 3rd round of the FA Cup.
Aston Villa lost in the FA Cup Quarter Final.
Stoke lost in the FA Cup Semi Finals in Extra Time.

Erkifino and Stoke were in the Champions League.
It probably helped keep him in his job.
He had a good 1st phase. Topping the group.
But in the 2nd phase, Stoke finished bottom of the group.

Season 24.

On with Scouting, Coaching & Management.

James Tissington was again moving on. This time it was his own decision though.
He left Aston Villa to take the Premier League Brighton job.


This left the Aston Villa job Available, and they appointed Gillingham Manager Jesus.


None of the clubs did anything in the FA Cup.


Gillingham and Aston Villa went out in the 3rd Round of the League Cup.
Stoke went out in the 4th Round.


Tissington took over Brighton, who were in the Semi Finals.
He won, taking them to Wembley where Tissington won his second Competition as Manager.

Brighton went on to finish 9th under Tissington.




In Division 1.
Erkifino took Stoke back up at the 1st attempt finishing 2nd.
Aston Villa under Tissington and then Jesus, started well, but collapsed in the last 15 games to finish 18th.




Jesus left Gillingham in a good position.
They finished 7th missing out on the playoffs by 3 points.

Not Much News this update.
Still 3 Managers, and they all held onto their jobs for the season.

Non of them did anything in the cups.

Brighton under Tissington did poorly.
Finishing in 14th place. 6 points off Relegation.

Erkifino with Stoke did even worse, finishing just outside the relegation zone in 17th place, staying up on goal difference, by 1 goal.





In the First Division, Jesus didnt do well with Aston Villa either, finishing in 18th place.

Season 26

Scouting, Coaching & Management.

Still 3 Managers.

Tissington wasnt having a good start to the season with Brighton, being bottom. So the board were rightfully asking questions.


Erkifino had been noticed by the Irish FA and was appointed Ireland's Manager.
They currently lead their European Championship Qualifying group.


Jesus was doing very well in Division 1, even breaking records...


By March, with Aston Villa Top of the Division, Premier League Chelsea came in for Jesus and he took the job.


Jesus had only been at Chelsea a month, when he won his first Cup.
The League Cup.





Stoke and Villa lost in the Qtr Final of the FA Cup. With Brighton going out in the 5th round to eventual winners Tottenham

Another bad leauge Season for Tissington saw Brighton Relegated on the last day of the season.
Finishing in 18th place.

Erkifino did slightly better with Stoke this season, finishing in 13th place.

Jesus only had a couple of months with Chelsea as they finished 11th place.






While in the First Division, Jesus did extremely well with Aston Villa keeping them top most of the season until he left.

Season 27

Scouting, Coaching & Management.

Still just 3 Managers.

In December Tissington wasnt in the promotion hunt with Brighton and so the board were considering his Position.


He did well to survive until the End of April only 2 matches from the end of the season, when Brighton pulled the trigger.



The League Cup.
No one did anything.



Same in the FA Cup.



The European Championships.
Ireland did qualify for the tournament in 2nd place.


But Erkifino mite not be manager for much longer, after failing to get out of the group.



Tables:

Erkifino had a great season with Stoke, but a bad end to the season saw them finish in 2nd place having lead the table for most of the season.
But runners up cant be sniffed at, and Champs League Football next season to come.

Jesus did well with Chelsea, as they finished in 6th place.





While in the First Division, Tissington couldnt do enough with brighton as he was sacked with them just in the bottom half.

Season 28

Scouting, Coaching & Management.

Still just 3 Managers.

Tissington was unemployed as the season was about to get under way.
But then West Brom offered him the Managers position and he jumped at the chance to get back involved.



Jesus was sacked by Chelsea in October due to the Clubs Poor League Position.


He was back in Management at 1st Division Reading by late December.


Stoke and Erkifino were involved in the Charity Shield at the start of the season but lost 1-0 to Leicester.



The League Cup.
Stoke got to the Semi Finals.



FA Cup.
No one got further than the 5th round in the FA Cup.




Stoke got through the Champs League 1st Group Stage finishing top.


But didnt get out of the 2nd phase as both finalists finished above them.



World Cup Qualifying
Ireland Currently Lead their group.

Stoke and Erkifino had a disappointing 2nd half of the season and fell down the table to finish 14th




Tissington had a steady season with West Brom and improved towards the end to finish 11th.

Reading greatly improved once Jesus came in and climbed from towards the bottom of the table up to 16th.

Season 29

Scouting, Coaching & Management.

Still just 3 Managers.

But early in the season, in late October, Tissington was again sacked as Manager of West Brom.
With the club in and around the bottom 6.


Jesus was then sacked as Reading Manager in December, with the Club just above the relegation zone.


And by the end of the year, all our Managers were domestically jobless as Stoke City sacked Erkifino, with the club in 17th place in the Premiership.


Tissington was only out of work until the end of January when Millwall appointed him as Manager.


None of the teams did anything in either of the cups.


World Cup
Ireland qualified top of their group.


But it was a disappointing World Cup for Ireland as they didnt get out of the group stage.

Holland went on to win the Tournament.

So a dissapointing season for all our managers.
Stoke went on to finish 15th after Erkifino left.


West Brom had a revival after Tissington left and finished in 8th place.
Reading also improved after Jesus Left.


Millwall on the other hand, collapsed when Tissington took over.

James Tissington was again sacked, this time as Millwall Manager late in the season, with Millwall in the bottom 3.

So, the only man with a Managers Job is Erkifino.
Managing Ireland, but they are struggling in their Group to Qualify for Euro 2032.
