So the World Cup is over, and with such high expectations that 1 of us would win, the question was always going to be, were the other still gonna be in charge of their nation afterwards, the answer? - of course not. Pepe's Brazil were knocked out in the 2nd Round which lead to him resigning whilst My Argentina were hammered against Spain in the quarters which lead to me leaving. London meanwhile took full advantage and won the biggest trophy on the world stage with his England with victory over France, and ensures they are back on top of the world after he'd won this once before with them before being surprisingly sacked, but he is back where he belongs. Meanwhile, Pepe has wasted little time in getting a job back on the International front - he has taken the vacant Argentina job, although many expected both myself and Pepe to take a European job
Meanwhile on the transfer news, alot of people coming and going as all 3 of build for season 41, with pretty much all youngster being drafted in, located here, there and everywhere, as we all look to seek a 10th title, as at present, all 3 of us have claimed 9 top flight titles
-
We're well into season 41 with Man Utd looking for a 3rd title on the spin, Southampton looking to add their haul of Champs League titles and Scunny looking for a hatrick of both domestic cups on the bounce - Utd start bright, with Scunny 2 points off after a droped couple whilst Saints lost at home which could prove costly.
Shield went to Scunny with a convincing win against the Champions. And Germany is now coached by your truly.
-
And so season 41 comes to an end, and fair to say, was end to end stuff right from the off. Utd never really had a blip in form but losing the big games proved costly. Southampton had a run of bad form which ultimately cost them the title quite early, and then Scunnys blip in form cost them the CL after Saints thrashed them, as they also beat them in the FA Cup, but they bounced back to claim the title after winning the League Cup. The Saints took the FA Cup against Utd and also the Champions League on pens
In fairness, been a great season with not as much transfer activity as previous seasons. Abit of tweaking here and there for the big guns as we go into pre-season of 42 - this game just keeps going on and on
-
lost all my finals and the last head to head....cost me all the trophies!
a few more from the conveyor belt will push for 1st team squad duties...
still struggling with happiness in the squad...
might need to throw a decent xmas party this yr!
-
After a little break, we're back on this. Season 42 is off and running, with Pepe's Southampton taking the Shield on pens against myself. London's Utd look strong with some real talent coming through. I've spent a few quid in order to try and defend the title, whilst Pepe has just picked up a lovely player (Modric Regen)
On the International front, My Germany just playing friendlies as host of the next next major, London's England pretty much there with a solid qualifying display and Pepe's Argentina claiming the Copa America at the start of the season
-
This game still running - just finding time suitable for all 3 of us can be tough. But all being well, we'll get a session or 2 in at some point
-
So we had a 90 minute session on this last night, all still looking good in cups, home and abroad, Pep's Saints won the World Championships, although he'll have a back log of games to catch up on, question remains, can he avoid a blip of form, as the title is his to lose at present - a fine victory at Man Utd maintains him and his Southampton stars as the only unbeaten side, and looking in a real promising position. Scunny lost ground very early on and have never really recovered, although a few changes of formations have been tried and tested, couple of which have cost more points. Still a long way to go in this season so anything can happen
-
Saints have the upper hand in the league...
scunny have blown that this year...
all involved in the cups...about to enter the business end of the season!
-
A small session completed last night
The title is Pepe's to lose, although a point behind Utd, the 5 games in hand can put him firmly in control. Its Utd & Saints in the League Cup final after Pens decided that Saints advance at the expense of Scunny. Meanwhile in the FA Cup, Utd snatched a dramatic late winner to advance at the hands of Scunny, so not looking good for me
We're all there in the Quarters of the Champions League
-
peps saints will defo be league winners...
all to play for in the Champs League..
looks like a double cup final of saints v utd..
tons of youht chomping at the bit to get games at utd...but cant seem to get them any game time...
need a B team like in spain..LOL
-
And so we come to the end of season 42
It was a cracking year for Pepe who secured the Title with many games to spare, and going unbeaten just added to his achievements. He also took the League Cup, and to cap if off, he demolished my Scunny 4-0 in the CL final. London will be happy to finish runners up and claim the FA Cup.
On a personal note - a rebuild is needed, so players have arrived, few have gone, but of work on the reserves/youth team, as I have to challenge next season. London will happy with his current setup, Franzen (Ibra Regen) what can I say, at 32, (just turned 33 in preseason) an amazing season, cleaned up on awards, rightly so. A bit of tinkering at Utd, nothing major. As for the Saints - well Pepe won't need to do too much, abit of business involving me, but thats about it really
On the international front, we're at the Euros, London's England and my Germany are through the group stages (where we left it last night) and Pepe's Argie team just have to wait for a decent major torny to come up
-
Not much to mention since the last update except that we're off and running into season 43
Scunny take their place into the CL group stages with a leg-victory in the 3rd qualifying round. The Shield went to the Saints after they beat Utd on Pens in an even game. 2 out of 2 in the league for Southampton & Man U with 1 outta 1 for Scunthorpe
A few changes on the International front now Euro has completed. My Germany were destroyed by Spain who then destroyed London's England in the Semi. This prompted a resignation from me, before Pepe then left his Argentina role in taking the now vacant Germany post, which left me to then be offered the Argentina role for a return, which I accepted. So onto the World Cup now, and I think I'm the host, so bloody friendlies galore
-
No one seen a struggling giant at club level they'd like to revive?
-
Following this, love it
-
I thought I'd do an update of the game as for some reason the other 2 are unable to.
Couple of real decent sessions this week have seen us rocket through season 43. London's Man Utd having a tough time of it with some shock results, and exiting both domestic cups, haven't helped his season. Mikey's Scunny looking good as the only unbeaten side left in the Prem and having just dispatched Utd 3-0 in the FA Cup at Old Trafford, confidence is booming. For me and my Saints, its likely to be me and Mikey in the League cup final, I'm left in 3rd, with Utd in 2nd but still anything can happen. 1 shock, was Scunny let go of a Ronaldo regen to me in exchange for cash + 2 players, question is, could that be the biggest regret of Mikey's career, but am sure he has his reasons. We're all looking good in CL as we advance through the phase 2 stages
-
Another couple decent sessions really hots up the business
end of season 43.Scunny's unbeaten came to an end, meaning
a crucial match at Utd is gonna prove key, as the gap is still 2 points
at present, whilst Saints also lost ground with a draw.Still all to
play off with Saints taking on Scunny in League cup final and also due to meet
to meet in the FA Cup and all of us safely through to the CL quarters
-
Another Update From Me:-
And so season 43 comes to a close. Mikey's Scunny take the
Premiership, having been in control for most of the last 6
months or so. Early dropped points cost the other 2.
The CL went to London and his Man Utd after a Golden Goal
victory over Scunny secured the win.
The FA Cup went to Scunny after defeating non-top flight
opposition in the final
The League Cup went to myself, after a Shootout victory
over.... yep, Scunny.
So all in all, we all got a piece of the season, so near
for Scunny to have cleaned up totally, but not near enough.
With me edging runners up in the league, Utd would normally
have to go through qualifying in the CL next season but that
wont be the case following their CL triumph
Not too much happening on the business front, with few players
coming and going, mostly youth players that haven't made the grade.
On the International front, my Germany are in control for a place
at World Cup 2058, London's England already there as defending
champions and Mikey's Argentina are also there as hosts, but the
South Americans to have the Copa America and Confederations to
look forward to
Hi Ho - its off to season 44 we go
-
Yet another update from me -
A decent session has seen us breeze through pre-season before unleashing ourselves into season 44.
It seems that both Scunny and the Saints are still on the beach after both of us dropped points in the opening couple of games, with Scunny drawing there opening
game where as my Saints surprisingly lost to Everton.
The 1st domestic trophy went to Scunny as they convincingly beat the Saints to take the charity shield.
United took the Super cup as well as the intercontinental cup.
On the international front the summer saw both the copa America and the confederations cup take place.
The confederations cup saw a devastating Spain destroy a poor Argentina side in the final.
Also Argentina surprisingly finished 3rd in the confederations cup.
This game will never bore any of us!
Plenty of time left in the season so it can all change but ONWARD!!
-
Another fine session sees us coming towards the business end of
season 44. An expected fixture congestion for Man Utd after they
clinched the World Championships, whilst Champions, Scunny, have
dropped points a few times, leaving the path for Southampton to make
charge for the title. Utd fell to a shock 4-3 home defeat to
Chesterfield, which creates an interesting reading at the top of the league.
Champions League will resume as we're all looking good in phase 2,
all of us safely though the FA Cup 3rd round, whilst myself and
Mikey's Scunny will battle in the League Cup semi final with the
winner expected to play Utd
A few deals completed with Saints & Scunny doing business, and also
Utd and Saints pulling off a few very good Bosman signings
Couple more sessions should complete the season with the World Cup
looming for all 3 of us
-
And so the World Cup comes to an end. Mikey's Argentina are crowned
champions after defeating my Germany in a 1-sided final. Whilst London's
defending champions' England, had to settle for 3rd place. So for
the 1st time ever, a major International Event with us 3 big guns
making a 1-2-3. Meanwhile, Mikey then decided to leave his post
at the world champions and take the reigns at Spain. It's business
as usual for myself and Germany, and London's Three Lions
Meanwhile on the domestic front, all of us ready for the new season
ahead, with at least a trophy expected and nothing less. Players
have come and gone, Utd picked up a couple of real gems, whilst my
Saints and Mikey's Scunny have done abit of business too
On to Season 45, where my papers have said, it's new 6 year deals
for each of us, which I think... dont quote me, takes us to the in-game
age of 85 by the time season 50 is completed.
ONWARDS!
-
We're firing through season 45. Some early slips from
Mikey's Scunny looked to have blown his title chances, but London's
Utd have recently lost ground, and my Saints lost 2 games, 1 of
which was against Scunny, which has made very interesting reading
at the top, with only 3 points in it between the 3 of us
My Saints took out Utd in the League Cup quarter, meaning a likely
final against Scunny after we both avoided each other in the Semi
final draw. All of us looking good in Champs League and safely through
the early stages of the F.A Cup.
Still a couple big games to come, but 1 notable match, Utd 3-3 Scunny
after Scunny led 3-0 before having a player sent off and Utd stealing
a point, but the remaining big clashes will have a big say in the title
-
Some crazy sessions of late has seen us come to the end of season 45
in what must be a record time for a single season. Scunny lost points
early on, and although there was hope of a late surge after their rivals
slipped up, it wasn't to be, as they finished 3rd after dropping
alot more points late on. The one thing Scunny did do, was decide
where the title was going, after they inflicted defeat on Man Utd
(their 1st of the season) which meant Southampton only had to win
their remaining games, which they done so, to retain the title
The League cup final was as entertaining as it gets, with Southampton
winning a thrilling game 4-3 AET against Scunny. As for the FA Cup,
it was sweet revenge as Scunny took that against a below-par Saints
performance. The comes the Champions League, as it was Penalties that
decided this - and it went to Southampton after they were winning
against Utd 1-0, before a 90th Red Card for Saints Keeper, but what
a hero the sub Keeper was, as the Saints just fall short of a Quad
All in all, a below-par season for Utd, so changes are expected in the
starting line up next season, with youth coming through, as also the
case with Scunny, who gave several try-outs to a few players late
in the season.
As for the season ahead - atm, nothing much or major in the pipeline,
so its really a case of reserves getting their chances, Messi regen
now 32, could... go, but between the 3 giants, 3 very strong squads.
Keeping everyone happy is bloody hard, players causing havoc all over
the shop, fuelling moves etc... although we've only seen the AWOL a
couple of times
As for the International side of things, Mikey's Spain are current
holders of the upcoming Euro's therefore, having to play friendlies,
whilst my Germany and London's England look in good shape
Onwards as we aim for a 50 season record busting game!
-
We're off and running into season 46. Although the last session was
pretty boring for me and London, Mikey's Spain lifted the Confederations
Cup. A few new recruits for Mikey from me, we're always able to do fair
deals without any childish bickering interrupting it.
The first piece of silverware went to Mikey's Scunny after he beat me quite
convincingly in the Shield. Another session will see us crack on to
season 46
-
Another lengthy session (2hrs 45 Mins) sees us powering through season 46.
After 29 games the league is looking very tight. scunny lead by 4 points of my saints but have played a game extra with man utd a further 2 points behind.
Mikey's Scunny suffered the heartache of early exits from both cups as his fa cup dream came to an halt at the 4th round stage to London's Red Devils. His League Cup story ended in the quarter finals thanks to a agonizing penalty shootout defeat to my Saints after a nail biting 4-4 draw.
The league cup final sees united vs saints.
Whereas in the fa cup, my saints went out to Forest even though they were the more dominant side, leaving man utd the red hot favourites to take the trophy to old trafford
Fixture congestion around the world club cup (4 games in 5 days) went against me as my saints fell at the final hurdle to a dominant ac milan side.
The champions league sees all 3 of us breezing through to the knockout stages.
The way we're going the next session could see us breeze through the Euro 2060 tournament in spain where we all SHOULD be considered favourites but can Mikey's men make home advantage count?
ONWARDS!

And so season 46 is all over and what an end to the season it was.
Mikey's Scunthorpe ended up taking the premier league back to glanford park finishing ahead of London's Man Utd in 2nd and my Southampton lagging behind in 3rd spot.
I ended up getting revenge on Milan in the CL final after they dispatched London's Man Utd.
I also ended with the League Cup after a 1-0 victory over London's Utd.
United walked away with a meager FA Cup victory that will surely keep Ian in his job for the time being...
As usual we all are making tweaks to our squads for the next season. London's United have surprisingly purchased a 33 year old Messi regen from Scunny. A big risk or does London have a plan?
On the international front we are just about to begin Euro 2060 in Spain. Can Mikey make home advantage count? Can I bring home the trophy? Can England make the country proud?
TIME WILL TELL!
Onward to Season 47!
