There are at least another 6 slots available. And Maybe More Depending who from the Previous Series carries on.
So get your player in, the first 6 will automatically be accepted.

However. Things are different in this Series.
The wages system has been scrapped.
And you will receive points to spend each season. Which can be spent on a multitude of things.


I am using the Newest March 2014 Update.

There are a maximum number of players per position.
So you will have to look at which positions have been filled before applying. I WILL DO A RUNNING TOTAL.

Or you can let a random generator decide your playing position. So just leave it blank if u wish to do that.

So there is a Maximum of :
6 Strikers or Forwards
9 Midfielders.
9 Defenders or Keepers.

FEEL FREE TO BE 2 SIDES. SO RIGHT AND CENTRE OR LEFT AND RIGHT. ETC.

This time, less leagues are being run.
14 to be exact.

Injury proneness will be set to 1.

THIS TIME - You will all have a random stat for Dirtiness.

I will set every players Current Ability, Potential Ability, Current Reputation, Home Reputation and World reputation the same as everyone else's.
And these will be increased over time….

You will be given a 5 year contract.

There will still be 2 updates per season.
One as near to the 1st January as Possible.
And one around the 24th July.

There has been a few amendments to the attribute gaining method.

You will no longer use wages to buy attributes.
It will now be points based.

At the end of each season, you will be given a number of points.
These can be spent on attributes, reputation or engineering a move and other such things.
Or they can be saved up and used at a later date.

The number of points will depend on a lot of factors. And if you are not playing games. You will be given bonus points.
You all gain points from playing games, scoring goals and making assists.
Although these differ for Forwards, Midfielders and Defenders.
You will also gain points from your average rating.
And Goalkeepers will also be given a bonus.


ATTRIBUTES AND REPUTATION CAN ONLY BE PURCHASED AFTER THE JULY UPDATE:

1 Attribute increase will cost 1 point. And you will be allowed a maximum of 10 increases per season. If you get that many points.

Home & Current Reputations will be linked and will go up at the same time.

An increase of 50 to Home & Current Reputation will be 1 point. And this time a maximum of 10 increases per season.

An increase of 50 to World reputation will also be 1 point. And a maximum of 5 reputation increases will be allowed per season.

If you are unhappy at your club at any time you can go on the transfer list and it won’t cost you anything.

You also have the option to Terminate your Contract. This will cost you 10 points.

If you are happy and your contract is expiring in the next 2 years. You have the option to extend the deal by 1 more season and this will cost 4 points.

If you are transferred. You will be given 5 points as a signing on fee and this will be added to your Bank Account.

You can Tap Up a Club and a Manager of your choice.
This will cost you 8 points.
And should give you a greater chance of being purchased by the club you choose to tap up.

You can still change your own favourite and disliked staff and clubs for free at any time.

You can also pay to insert clauses into your contract at any time.
A Minimum Fee Release Clause at your CURRENT VALUE will cost 8 points
A Minimum Fee Release Clause at 50% of your CURRENT VALUE will cost 16 points.

This could help you to get a move.


It may look or sound complicated, but it won’t be once it’s up and running.



Here are the COSTS:

So for an Example….

At the end of season 1. You are given 8 points.
You are happy, and do nothing.
Next, you are bought by Leicester City. This gives you 5 points for the signing on fee.
And by the update in July you have earned another 13 points.
So you now have 21 points.
You add 8 attribute increases.
You add 200 points to your Home & Current reputation. Which costs 4 points.
And you save the other 9 points.

By January of Season 3, you are unhappy and not playing as much as you would like.
You want to move to Derby, who are Interested in you.
You put yourself up for sale, which is free, and tap up the Manager of Derby and the Club itself to make you a favourite staff.
This costs 8 points.

You then move to Derby earning a 5 point signing bonus.
At the end of the season, you get 7 points. So have 13 points.
You add 10 points to Finishing and save the rest.

And So on……

It may look or sound complicated, but it won’t be once it’s up and running.
You will have a running total next to your Name on the Stats screenshot.
