As far as I understand, it starts at 129 before going all the way up to 255, before resetting to 0. Then it goes from 0 up to 128. So the worst you can get is 129, and it gradually gets better until you get to 128, where it is at its best. It then goes back to 129, which is back to the worst again. Confusing, I agree.

Surely the competition is now "on" to find the highest unedited stat ?

Tsigalko and Skalidis must be very high.

I had a look yesterday and my favourite DC freebie, Espin looked good (positioning I think)

Can't say I have yet, I don't play a lot of long term games where I find that gem of a player. It's only through this thread that I started reading the Tsigalko / van Nistelrooy thread to get my head around intrinsic values and realise how useful they can be. I'll be sure to post them if I find them. If I can find my oldest save game I may be able to post something.

I'm not sure why 128 is not achievable, it seems that 125 is the highest you can manually input (this is based souly on what people have posted, I haven't done it myself). The strength of an attribute is all down to the player's CA/PA and the distribution of points in relation to his ability. People went in to more depth here and here. You've got yourself confused however as 92/20, as in the screenshot, is very strong. As it's been mentioned a few times, the scale loops starting from 129 to 255 before resetting to zero. It then goes from 0 to 128. Anything between 0 and 128 is desirable.

It won't be a random intrinsic value, it will be a calculated intrinsic value based on the players CA/PA and his CA attributes.

Both players are the models to copy if you want to create the ultimate striker. Tsigalko had some fantastic mental attributes in addition to his physical stats.

Theres quite a few freaks on .68db, check out the likes of skalidis and leo fortune west! To find a striker with crazy high intrinsic finishing use cm scout and search for finishing of 20 and under 130 pa

High movement (off the ball) combined with good finishing and dribbling makes Nurishi a beast.

Yeh he sure is! Along with Marko Kolar, Emil Krafth as well as Andreas Pereira at Man Utd who has 20 off the ball and 20 dribbling combined with low PA

Low PA is not everything, look at my Saevar Alexandersson screen, but I believe the idea is connected to only having a couple of stand-out high CA-related abilities rather than lots

As I said to Beez, Marko Kolar and Mumin Nurish need to be seriously slashed down.

I would probably be fine with them if they weren't Croatian and if I didn't know they're still shit IRL, despite having potential.

When the ca gets too high the intrinsic att drops right off. Think Trip did a test a while back using Gazzas creativity or passing attribute, cant remember.

It was creativity and he found his passes per game were at their peak at 124 CA - any higher and his number of passes per game would drop drastically.

Is it proven to be the golden value for all atts, though? Again, look at Alexandersson, a CA159 player scoring over a goal a game in a standard non-wibwob formation

A young Rory Delap who can dribble. And pass. And take a long shot. All the stuff Rory couldn't do.

It's a shame he's a winger though, doesn't have any key attributes to be one
