From what I've seen of Jameis Winston this season I can't say I rate him. He's been as bad as our lot. Yeah, we've tried 3 QB's this season and all have been piss poor. Hopefully we'll get Cousins from the Redskins.

Most impressive QB for me this year - Deshaun Watson the touchdown machine. If he didn't get injured, Houston would have made the play-offs at least.

Anyway, nice to see Kansas City Chiefs get eliminated. Weren't they 21-3 up at one point?

Winston's had a very mediocre season after a very good one last year.

Definitely agree on DeShaun Watson, Houston looked potential SuperBowl contenders with him at QB.

That's like missing an open goal from a yard out with 5 seconds left.

I think Brees and Rodgers have more natural/raw talent in terms of passing but Brady's footballing brain is fucking amazing. I don't particularly like him over Deflategate but he's incredible.

What a performance by Amendola too though, his 4th quarter stats are insane. Basically played as running back/wide receive/tight end on every play

The Eagles have got their mojo back. Best game for them since Wentz got injured. Just hope they slaughter New England in the Superbowl. Failing that I'll be happy with a slender win for Philly.

Before the Championship game and since Wentz got injured they ranked 32nd in offence. But here they are, one game from a Super Bowl victory. I'd absolutely love it if they win.

32nd? That's last isn't it? That's one crazy stat. They only had 3 games before facing the Vikings that were unimpressive though. One of those was the low scoring 6-0 defeat to the Cowboys where I think they fielded a second string mainly, due to wrapping up the division and gaining home advantage for the play-offs.

Yeah last. Basically since Wentz got injured/Foles was QB1 up until the Vikings game. Wentz Vs. Brady would have been some match-up, Wentz is an incredible athlete for 6'5, arm is probably on par with Brady's and is probably 2nd to him in terms of reading the game. It's only his 2nd season so if he can recover from the ACL injury ok, he'll surely only improve with experience

    What a game

Most passing yards in any NFL game ever.

Nick Foles steps in for the guy who is likely to be the best QB in the league for the next 10 years, plays 2 terrible games, 2 decent games, 1 excellent game and then plays a Super Bowl like he knows every play ever played. Huge credit to Doug Pederson for getting up to speed / settled in. Foles was a pro bowler in 2013 so he's no without talent.

Be interesting to see who is QB1 for them next season

Despise them in general but hard to dislike The Gronk or Amendola.

Looks like a bust of a draft by the Browns. Mayfield at #1 is just Johnny Menziel all over again. Sam Darnold/Josh Allen/Josh Rosen would surely have been the reliable QB they need. Another maverick, another disappointment

49ers getting Mike McGlinchey is great for #9 pick

Rashaad Penny to be Offensive Rookie of the Year! He might not start until game 4 but still.

Saints or Vikings from NFC to face the Steelers of the AFC (Brady and Gronk can't carry the Pats this year)

    Falcons 12 - 18 Eagles

Eagles blocked Ryan's only idea all game, pass to Julio Jones (19 receptions!!!) and the Falcons were clueless.

Great opening week. Mahomes/Hill combo amazing, Rodgers still the most talented, Brady still the best.

This is the highlight of all highlights though

Well thats my season over isn't it!

    - Mariota injured
    - Conklin injured
    - Walker presumed dead
    - Lewin injured

Literally all four of our best players are down and Delanie Walker is done for the year.

LeGarrett Blount injured too - well he was taken off anyhow (he was on the bench for my fantasy team for a cool -0.30 points . . . .)

Not great at all. Khalil Mack looked great already.

Still, would prefer to be a Bears fan rather than a Bills, Titans, Raiders, Cardinals or Cowboys fans whose season is guaranteed to be a losing one already.

Great weekend for the Bucs, most people's tip to got 2-14, 1-15 or 0-16

My outside bet on Ravens for AFC and SB off to a good start
