Is that guy given up updating it?

There are a whole host of years id love to make, but its too damn time consuming, I feel that is what we need on here, not only an update team, but a retro team as-well so we can all chip in.

Would be up for joining a retro forum team for sure.

We would just need to decide on a year then take it from there.

Personally it would have to be early to mid 80s, Maradona, Zico, Socrates, Platini, Cruyff, Best, Dalgish, Souness...etc

I once started an 83 one for 0001 as last year for Cruyff and George Best was at Bournemouth

I've tried to take that guys' 89/90 update and patch an exe to play it:
    https://nic.hopto.org/open/cm0102/1989.zip
^ Should be able to unzip anywhere and just double-click and play

Not tested - but if folk get issues - let me know!
    Hi Nick,

Downloaded 1989/90 update ok but one thing...Commentary speed is far too FAST, even on Very slow.

Is there a way to reduce commentary speed on 1989/90 update?

    TIA

@bradford: Yes use my patcher (from the Patches forum) and change the speed to whatever you want.

Thanks for that Nick ....fixed the speed problem but give me 2 more lol

    1) All transfer values of players & wages inflated to modern day values even with inflation set at 0 .

    2) Lost matchday crowd noise.

Any Idea how to remedy any of the above?

I solved the problem with Speed Adjuster, one of the programs present in Flex and Flex 2 (see Tools Downloads).

    @bradford:
    1) Setting it to zero means do nothing (as it's an invalid value i.e. 0 * x = 0). So that won't work. Set it to 0.5 or something.
    2) It is a mini install - so no Sounds directory. Install a normal CM0102 and copy the Sounds directory from there to the folder where you have this installed.

Could you please explain to me how I need to set up your patcher so all the loans don't disappear?
