Books > TV adaptation. TV version is its own entity.

Must admit that I am looking forwards to reading the books after being told that the TV series has gone quite far away from the book in this recent series. Still, I'll keep watching

Mark you should definitely read the books, as good as the series is, the books are just incredible.

I've heard the books are incredibly intricate though and somewhat confusing.

A mate of mine had to wikipedia each chapter to summarise what the fuck happened. Maybe he's just a bit special though, who knows.

Khalessi got her baps and biff out recently? That was the reason why I stopped after season 1 and the sci-fi/fantasy rubbish

Hahaha you ask this every time! Emilia Clarke has said she doesn't want her character to be about sex so pretty much refuses to do sex scenes anymore. What you get now is a bit of side boob when she's in a bed scene but there's no more scenes of her being shagged by an eight foot monster.

I intend to. The girlfriend has got every book already and has read the first three. But as I've watched the TV series first, I've decided not to read them until it's all over. Only for the 'suspense' and 'surprise' factor when watching it all unfold on TV whereas my gf already knows what's coming and can't refrain from shouting her mouth off about things in every episode.

  16. Well the show has passed the books now so she won't be shouting at the TV anymore

Yeah I'm the same wanting to read the books but something's that have happened in the books still haven't happened in the show apparently (despite the main story being up to date) I'm just a bit apprehensive to read them.

So if you had to make three predictions for the next season what are you going with? Remember to use spoiler tags!!

I cannot wait.. This hopefully will be as action packed as Daenerys has suggested.

Point 3 was just me trying to figure out something else I'd like to see
